PolicyStat as Forms Options

Hi all!
Is anyone using PolicyStat to build and track forms? If so, is it working for you? I’d like to connect with anyone who is using in this capacity.

Hi Suzette,
In addition to policies, we do use PolicyStat for forms as well. Our forms all have a standardized footer that is built into a Word document, specifically for the form number, barcode, name, and patient label. We do not “build” forms in PolicyStat because we do not wish for them to have the same header as our policies. Instead we upload them as “Stubs” so each one is there as a stand alone attachment. It is working for us as all our policies, guidelines, protocols and forms are found in one application. Please reach out if you’d like to connect.
